WLA is a nationwide network of laboratories with the analytical capability and capacity to assess chemical, biological, and radiochemical contaminants during emergency events.

WARNS: Water and Wastewater Agency Response Network

WARNS are networks of water/wastewater utilities helping other utilities to respond to and recover from emergencies. These networks provide and receive emergency aid and assistance in the form of personnel, equipment, materials and other associated services as necessary.
